Your details and photographs remain part of your event.
When you make an enquiry
We store the contact and event details you submit so we can assess availability, recommend an edition and reply. An enquiry takes no payment and creates no booking. We do not sell these details or use them for unrelated marketing.
When you join an event
The service stores the name you enter, the photographs you choose to upload and a random identifier kept on your device. If you register interest in a keepsake, it also stores your email and selected product.
Who can see photographs
Before reveal, only someone holding the private host link can see uploaded photographs. After reveal, anyone holding the event link can see photographs the host has not hidden.
How photographs are used
Photographs are used to run the private event, create its reveal and produce any host-approved keepsakes. They are not used for AI training, facial recognition, advertising or public promotion without separate permission.
Retention and deletion
During founding events, event media is removed within 30 days unless the host asks for earlier deletion or explicitly agrees to retain it longer. Enquiry details may be kept for up to 12 months so we can follow the conversation, then deleted if no booking is made. You can ask the host to remove an event photograph or reply to any Memory Roll email to request access, correction or deletion.
